A global pop icon and a driving force behind Japan’s “kawaii” culture, Hello Kitty has been loved across generations and borders. We’ve created stickers that share the same design as the techo cover born from the collaboration between Hello Kitty and the Hobonichi Techo.
The design is inspired by the “Hello Kitty Classic” design that has been popular since her debut in the 1970s. Using the same red as her trademark left-ear bow as the base color, the design has a slightly retro pattern reminiscent of wrapping paper. The stickers feature a hologram finish that catches the light and sparkles from different angles.
Hello Kitty reads a techo, holds it in her hands to peek out, balances it on her head, or frames her face perfectly with it. These adorable poses of Kitty playing with the techo are exclusive to the Hobonichi Techo.
The stickers are perfectly sized to fit the monthly calendars of any techo size, and they are also wonderful for decorating your daily pages or adding a special touch to gift wrapping.
Why not use them alongside stickers of Kitty’s favorite ribbons and apples, or her friends like Kingyo-san and Joey, to spread the message of “Minna Nakayoku” (Getting Along Together) right inside your techo.

The Hello Kitty series also features a variety of other stationery, including Hobonichi Folders, Hobonichi Pencil Boards, Sticky Notes, and the Pochitto6 push-button stamp. We hope you enjoy using them all together. See the full Hello Kitty series here.
