Depending on the type and condition of the cover, repair may or may not be possible.
Please note that we can only accept repair requests for eligible covers purchased within the past three years.
If you would like to request a repair, please contact us via the inquiry form and include the following information: ・Type of cover (product name) ・Year printed on the inner tag or pocket of the cover (If not listed, please provide the approximate purchase date) ・Detailed description of the damage (if known) ・If purchased from the Hobonichi Store: your order number ・If purchased elsewhere: the name of the store and purchase date , also, please attach a photo of the damaged item taken with a smartphone or similar device.
Note: If the image file is too large, we may not be able to view it. Please keep the file size under 50MB. Once we review the condition of the item, we will follow up with you.
