HobonichiHobonichi Blank NotebookA6 Size / A5 Size

We now have a new addition to the notebooks you can use with the Hobonichi Techo.

This notebook has thin and durable Tomoe River paper and opens completely flat.

You can use this notebook with extra freedom to draw pictures or brainstorm designs.

It comes in two sizes: A6 to match the Original, and A5 to match the Cousin. The A6 size notebook is 8mm thick and contains 240 pages, while the A5 size is 10mm thick and contains 288 pages. This gives you plenty of space to fill the notebooks to your heart’s content. Because the book sizes match the A6 Original and A5 Cousin Hobonichi Techos, you can use these notebooks with a techo cover.

We have the graph paper-type Hobonichi Graph Notebook and the Hobonichi Lined Notebook featuring novel ruled lines focused on reducing eye strain based on design psychology in the same sizes.

Choose a notebook that best fits how you use it.

    About the paper used (techo)

The Tomoe River paper designed for planners is known for its thinness and smooth writing surface. However, depending on the type and amount of ink or pen used—as well as environmental conditions—some ink may bleed through or take longer to dry. We recommend testing your pens on an inconspicuous area first, or using a pencil board or blotting paper for best results.
