StaedtlerTextsurfer Gel
These highlighter markers have a special nib that feels like a crayon when writing. The solid-form ink does not leak or bleed through even the thinnest of paper, and can be applied over pen writing. The marker will not dry out even if you leave the cap off for 2 or 3 days.
