Crafted from high-quality Spanish hide and tanned in the north of Italy by the company Poletto, this is a leather called Nautilus. Taking on the challenge of combining tradition with modern techniques worthy of a contemporary product, Poletto has created this leather which has a unique elasticity and texture.
The pocket on the cover interior has the Hobonichi logo pressed in gold foil.
Every cover has a different expression of the leather and texture, making each one wholly unique.
The soft feeling of the leather and the refreshing, natural shade of green all speak to the charm of this cover. It promises to bring peace and calmness each time you see and touch it, quieting your spirit as you spend your days with it.

- Leather may contain preexisting wrinkles and marks
In order to allow customers the enjoyment of all-natural leather, the leather is processed in a way that retains its original feel. This may leave imperfections visible on the surface of the cover, such as wrinkles, scratches, stains, or vein marks.
Depending on the conditions in which the cover is used, natural oils of the leather may emerge and appear as stains. We ask for your understanding for these naturally-occurring characteristics of genuine leather.
- Pen holder fits pens up to 13.5 mm wide
The pen holder is designed to fit the 12.2 mm (0.48") diameter Jetstream pen offered as a free Hobonichi Store Exclusive Bonus. Pens with certain shapes and materials may be difficult to pull through the holder. The holder can fit pens up to 13.5 mm (0.53") in diameter.
