This special edition page-per-day A6 size Hobonichi Techo Original book was created in collaboration with ONE PIECE magazine, which dives into the charms of the hit manga series to help fans further enjoy the world of One Piece. This edition features illustrations and quotes from the series while retaining all the features that make the standard Hobonichi Techo so easy to use. You can create your own logbook as you fill your techo with your own plans, notes, and thoughts.
For the fourth year in this collaboration, the theme is “Dialogue.”
Chats that are exchanged between comrades and friends.
Conversations between parent and child, spouses and siblings. Words that are slung at each other between rivals and enemies. Exchanges in a teacher-student or master-servant relationship. Responses given during one-time encounters. Words born from all kinds of relationships within the One Piece manga are meticulously selected and printed onto the daily page spreads.
From heartfelt oaths and promises to everyday conversation and funny banter, you can enjoy the many dialogues had by the charm-filled characters that appear in the world of One Piece.
The cover is red in the image of the protagonist Monkey D. Luffy, and designed with an illustration depicting him, as well as the logo of the ONE PIECE magazine. The book’s lay-flat binding and thin and light Tomoe River graph paper with 3.7 mm squares make the book easy to read and write in. The book includes a yearly calendar, yearly index, Monday-start monthly calendars, daily pages, blank memo pages and more.
The daily pages include a quote from a dialogue that takes place between Vol. 1 and 110 of the One Piece manga, meticulously selected by the editorial team behind the ONE PIECE magazine. The quotes also include which volume and chapter they come from.
Above each quote is a “B” mark, for “birthday.” This shows which characters (through volume 110) have a birthday on that date. On the birthdays of the ten members of the Straw Hat Crew, they are celebrated with an illustration on the daily page: some even extend across the whole page!
We’ve included an extra page at the beginning of each month that features a large illustration of an impressive scene that fits the seasonality and the imagery of the month.
There are bonus pages in the back of the book that were created under the direction of the ONE PIECE magazine editing department.

The Tomoe River paper designed for planners is known for its thinness and smooth writing surface. However, depending on the type and amount of ink or pen used—as well as environmental conditions—some ink may bleed through or take longer to dry. We recommend testing your pens on an inconspicuous area first, or using a pencil board or blotting paper for best results.
