Liberty FabricsSasha KioraHON / A6 Size / Daily / ENG or JPN edition / Jan start / Mon start

  • 2026 New

A brand born in England, Liberty Fabrics has gained fans around the world, and this HON features their printed fabric.

The HON is a hardcover design already attached to the techo, with a one-page-per-day format as its main feature.

Sasha Kiora is a small floral pattern reminiscent of the pastoral illustrations by Kate Greenaway, a representative picture book artist of the latter half of 19th century Britain. With pink and light blue anemones drifting through the breeze, and small buds and leaves peeking through, this elegant design is reminiscent of a windy meadow.

The HON has two bookmarks, one in navy and the other in beige. It’s convenient to keep one each between the pages you use the most.

The year 2026 and HON logo are pressed in gold foil onto the spine.

Storage pouches with the Sasha Kiora fabric are also available. With the Stappo, you can store the small items on your desk in an upright position, while the Drawer Pouch lets you carry all of your belongings with you in what feels like an organised drawer.

The bookbinding on the HON has thread-stitch binding similar to the Hobonichi Techo books, so it opens 180 degrees onto the table. It stays flat even if you don’t hold it down.

The book uses thin and light yet durable Tomoe River paper. It's characterized by its ability to hold ink well and provide a smooth writing experience.

The back of the book has bonus pages, including Memories 2026, 12 Switches to Help You Focus, and For a Comfortable Night’s Sleep.

As a special exclusive only for the HON, this techo comes with a pencil board. The board is clear, with 5mm grid lines printed across it. There are measurements printed along one side in 1mm increments, which allow for use as a ruler. It also has a pen holder attached to it where users can store pens by their clips.

About Liberty Fabrics

Liberty Fabrics is a fabric brand from England. Founded in 1875 by Arthur Lasenby Liberty (1843-1917), who discovered the beauty of Japanese art during a World’s Fair in London in the 19th century.

The company originated as a small import shop with oriental ornaments and fabrics. The delicate silk and intricate hand-dyed art were praised by followers of the Aesthetic Movement, and in the 1880s, Liberty began printing high-quality cotton textiles as a way to recreate sturdy versions of the delicate Eastern silks.

In the 1920s, Liberty developed their original “Tana Lawn” cotton material, which looks and feels like silk and has a lightweight structure that allows it to drape beautifully. Liberty has created intricate prints bursting with color and complex designs ever since.

About the included pencil board

The pen hook on the pencil board can hold a pen by its clip.

About the paper used (techo)

The Tomoe River paper designed for planners is known for its thinness and smooth writing surface. However, depending on the type and amount of ink or pen used—as well as environmental conditions—some ink may bleed through or take longer to dry. We recommend testing your pens on an inconspicuous area first, or using a pencil board or blotting paper for best results.
