This is a collaboration cover with the SUPER Famicom™ game “MOTHER 2: Gyiyg Strikes Back!” (EarthBound in North America, released by Nintendo Co., Ltd. in 1994), for which Shigesato Itoi was the game designer. It features a print of many Mr. Saturns on a refreshing mint green background. The lenticular print changes the image depending on which angle you view it, making Mr. Saturn spin in circles.
The lenticular design uses a print method that makes the image appear to move. The Mr. Saturn in this design looks just like the ones walking around Saturn Valley when Ness and friends arrive, but with photographs of the original clay figurine used in MOTHER 2’s official guidebook. The photo was not edited to fix the wear and tear on the old figurine, so you can see it as-is. 
Mr. Saturn spins in a full rotation, and the ribbon also moves along in a charming way.
The cover interior is a reddish pink. The butterfly stopper pen holders and the bookmark ribbons come in yellow and purple for a vibrant look. The ticket pocket is printed with the MOTHER 2 logo and a view of the front, side, and back of Mr. Saturn.
This cover comes with a set of Mr. Saturn paper clips as a special bonus: one “In disguise.” and one “Boing.” The designs are printed on both the back and the front.
The Mr. Saturn pixel art clip has dotted lines on it. If you clip it to your techo or a note, it can provide a guide so Mr. Saturn can peek over the top.
This techo cover allows you to carry everywhere with you the beloved and symbolic Mr. Saturn character from the MOTHER series. We hope everyone who carries this cover has a year that makes them say, “Doing Fine.”

The pen holder is designed to fit the 12.2 mm (0.48") diameter Jetstream pen offered as a free Hobonichi Store Exclusive Bonus. Pens with certain shapes and materials may be difficult to pull through the holder. The holder can fit pens up to 13.5 mm (0.53") in diameter.
